Vaughan Constructions is building upwards at developer Hale, and owner LaSalle Investment Management’s Matraville multi-level warehouse development. Vaughan is delivering approximately 20,000m² of overall floor area across both the ground and first floor levels.

We are excited to share some progress photos of the Urban Logistics Co. Altona Circuit development where Vaughan Constructions is refurbishing an existing 39,000m² facility. Works also see Vaughan expanding the space to an impressive 52,300m², that will contain seven tenancies ranging from 5,000m² - 16,000m², each with its own office and amenities.

Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to be delivering another multi-level industrial facility for leading real estate fund manager, Hale. Located in Milperra, New South Wales, this recent venture sees the completion of a 37,526m² multi-level warehouse that includes 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594m² to 5,297m².

Progress is moving quickly at Brighton Grammar School's new Centre for Science, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. The Vaughan Constructions team are cycling their structural works upwards with the basement and ground floor concrete structures complete and works to level one currently underway.

Major progress onsite at the ESR Australia Coolaroo Industry Park project with the Warehouse 1 structure completed and office slabs being poured. The Warehouse 3 structure is underway and bulk earthworks are progressing at Warehouse 2.

It is full steam ahead onsite at – the Future of Australian Logistics: LOGOS Property's Moorebank Intermodal Precinct in south-west Sydney. Warehouse N1 roofing is well underway, and the office space steel is fully erected. Warehouse N2 has steel erection underway.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with Belmonde Property Group and ResourceCo to deliver a world-class resource recovery facility in Hemmant, Queensland. A first of its kind in Queensland, the new facility will focus on the diversion and sorting of landfill construction waste, and in turn converting this into fuel to power cement kilns.

Works are well underway at the Synnex Australia Logistics Distribution Centre project in Oakleigh South with the highbay structural steel erected and precast panel installation to the office portion of the building in progress. Vaughan Constructions is partnering with Synnex Australia and van der Meer Consulting to deliver a 34,922m² purpose-built facility to house Synnex’s Australian and New Zealand headquarters.

There is exciting progress onsite in Cranbourne West where Vaughan Constructions is delivering a new purpose-built manufacturing facility for Nuttelex Food Products on behalf of Rangebank and Direct Property Connect.

Vaughan Constructions is onsite delivering a premium new industrial project for valued repeat customer, LOGOS, at their Troups Road Logistic Estate in Truganina, Victoria.
