As Sydney’s multi-level industrial sector continues to expand, Vaughan Constructions remains the builder of choice for innovative multi-level solutions. Having recently completed a 20,000m² multi-level warehouse in Matraville for Hale, the teams are now collaborating on another exciting project in Rosehill, NSW: a 49,000m² industrial development.

As we welcome in the new year and settle into 2024, a new era begins at Vaughan Constructions. Managing Director - Andrew Noble, has announced his decision to take a well-earned break after 35 years at Vaughan, stepping down officially as of June 2024.

Works continue onsite at Synnex Australia’s purpose-built Logistics Distribution Centre in Oakleigh South. In partnership with Synnex Australia and van der Meer Consulting; Vaughan Constructions are delivering the 34,922m² facility set to house Synnex’s Australian and New Zealand Headquarters.
