Vaughan Constructions is partnering with ESR Australia to deliver a 38,000m² three-unit development in Clayton, Victoria. Unit 1 is now complete and houses leading natural beauty and wellness business, BWX. The project boasts a total built area of 18,300m² with 14,600m² of warehouse space, a 3,700m² three-level office and four recessed docks.

On Monday 4 April 2022 the Woolworths Heathwood Chilled & Frozen Distribution Centre (HCFDC) in Queensland was officially opened. Queensland Premier, the Hon Annastacia Palaszczuk and Federal Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese joined the Woolworths CEO, Brad Banducci, team members and partners to unveil the HCFDC. On behalf of Woolworths Group and LOGOS Group, Vaughan completed ahead of schedule the 42,000m² temperature-controlled distribution centre. The 22-meter-high semi-automated freezer and chiller facility includes 33,460m² of warehousing, freezer, chiller and staging area, 2,796m² of office space and a 60-meter-long 179m² airbridge that connects to the neighbouring Hilton Meats facility.

Vaughan Constructions and partner, Asia Pacific logistics property specialist LOGOS Group, have embarked on a 58,608m² warehousing project in Queensland including a 45,740m² distribution centre for national appliance retailer Winning Group. The new Winning Group facility, at LOGOS Groups’ Wacol Logistics Hub in Brisbane’s south-west, will sit on a 74,387m² site and include 700m² of office space and 35,500m² of hardstand.

There is great progress being made at the LOGOS Group Villawood Logistics Estate in NSW. The Villawood Logistics Estate comprises a total of 52,000m² of A-Grade quality warehouse and office accommodation, car parking and sustainable landscape design and is conveniently located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

Vaughan Constructions has had the privilege of contributing to the school as the appointed builder to deliver the Clendon Centre project. The redevelopment project saw the old St George’s building demolished and construction of a new centre for secondary students (Years 7-9).
