Overview 

At Vaughan Constructions, we pride ourselves on Building Customers for Life, this project for GMK Logisitics is no exception.

GMK continued their relationship with Vaughan Constructions after outgrowing their existing facility that was built by Vaughan.

Vaughan Constructions partnered with Fordham Industrial Entreprises to structure a new pre-lease at Gregory Hills Corporate Park, 59km south-west of Sydney CBD.

Outcome

GMK’s new home, 1km from their existing site includes a 14,400m² ambient warehouse, 630m² of offices and amenities and 32m² dock offices.

There are 74 bitumen car parking spaces, over 14,000m² of heavy duty external pavements amd a range of 4m and 10m canopies totalling 2,000m².

There is also dedicated land on the site to cater for the future expansion needs of GMK Logisitcs.
