Vaughan Constructions partnered with The Product Makers (TPM) to construct a 2,500m² warehouse and 2,300m² of external hardstand.
The new facility sits alongside their existing warehouse and office space in Keysborough Victoria, allowing TPM to maximise their warehousing operations and support staff.
Further works included 237m² of spray dryer and production rooms, 1,189m² of production and process rooms along with 110m² of new office space, amenities, and product-specific storage areas.
The project also features the installation of 30,000 litres of underground tanks, 99 kilowatt solar panels and 125mm Bondor PIR wall paneling.
This new and improved site will enable TPM to continue servicing the international food and beverage market, delivering on the quality it’s renowned for.
