Vaughan Constructions is delivering two new premium industrial facilities at – the Future of Australian Logistics: LOGOS Property's Moorebank Intermodal Precinct in south-west Sydney.

The Vaughan team have been appointed to deliver warehouses N1 and N2, that have a combined total built area of 49,811m².
Warehouse N1 has a built area of 27,054m² that includes 25,952m² of warehousing and 1,102m² of office space over two levels.
There is also 7,773m² of hardstand, 3,119m² of heavy-duty container area and 4,956m² of landscaping to be delivered.
Warehouse N2 has a built area of 22,757m² that includes 21,655m² of warehousing and 1,102m² of office space over two levels.
External works for N2 sees the delivery of 6,834m² of hardstand and 5,167m² of heavy-duty container area.
