Bingo Industries is dedicated to providing global best practice in waste management and recycling. Their acquirement of the Patons Lane Resource Recovery Centre (RCC) in Western Sydney exemplifies this. The Patons Lane RCC is an advanced waste facility committed to the innovative, efficient and sustainable recycling and recovery of resources from our waste streams.
Works saw Vaughan complete the design and construction of a 5,825m² recycling facility, a 153m² office and 6,021m² of external pavement.
With the site being isolated from town services, Vaughan oversaw the installation of complete service infrastructure including bore water, water reuse and a generator fed site electrical reticulation.
Due to Bingo’s booming success in the industry and business growth, the project’s scope evolved during the construction process. Vaughan was able to accommodate changes and rework the building structure to suit Bingo’s network requirements.
Bingo Industries General Manager of Property and Infrastructure, David Taylor, expressed his delight with the new facility and the works completed by Vaughan.
“The Vaughan team have done a great job of dealing with all of the challenges we threw at them,’’ Mr Taylor said.
The new facility will ensure that Bingo Industries will continue to transform the waste industry.
